...Sausages...

It is difficult for me to grill and not have sausages... so get a few Italian style sausages to add to the table...

Start grilling the sausages ahead of the steaks... grill over medium hot heat and turn them as they brown as shown...

...Rotate the links to grill all sides and cook until almost done or about 10 minutes...

...When the sausages are done, remove them from the direct heat and move to a cooler part of the grill and get ready to start the steaks...

I prefer ribeye steak for grilling… pick a well marbled steak with fat streaks throughout… have them cut about ¾” thick…

Do not use a fork or knife at any time during the preparation of the meat... Use a spatula or tongs to flip the steaks... Slightly stretch the steak and press pockets in the meat to hold the grilling sauce...
